Grinding CNC Operator

The Fives Landis Corp. is actively seeking a 1st or 2nd shift CNC Operator to join its team in Concord Twp., Ohio.

Compensation: Starting at $20 per hour, based on experience, plus shift differential.

• Set up and operate CNC machines, including loading materials, securing work pieces, selecting tooling, and ensuring machines run within required tolerances.
• Monitor machining processes, make program edits or machine adjustments as needed, and inspect machined parts to verify conformance to specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance, replace worn or defective tooling, and maintain tooling inventory, wheel usage records, and production documentation.
• Use precision measuring tools to verify part accuracy and document any changes to CNC programs or machining processes.

Minimum of a high school diploma and 1 year of manufacturing & CNC operator experience. Programming experience with G‑code is a plus. Must be self‑motivated, a problem solver with a keen eye for precision.
