Assembly Associate

Position Overview:

A well-established aerospace manufacturer is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Assembly Associates to support basic production and assembly operations. This role involves hands-on work such as taping, fitting, and handling small components that require attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions. Training will be provided.

• Perform basic assembly tasks, including taping, fitting, labeling, and finishing parts
• Follow written and verbal work instructions accurately
• Handle small parts requiring precision and consistency
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members
• Follow all safety and quality guidelines

• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
• Basic mechanical aptitude or interest in hands-on work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior assembly or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light manual tasks

• Short-term assignment (2–3 months)
• On-the-job training provided
• Exposure to an aerospace manufacturing environment
• Opportunity to be considered for additional roles after assignment completion
