Title: Wax Core Prep/Operator
Reports to: Wax Area Manager
Location: Painesville
Shift: 2nd, 2:30pm - 10:30pm
Requirements- Able to meet deadlines and be accountable for quality/quantity
- Comfortable using a team approach to problem solving
- Have strong sense of urgency with the ability to work independently
- Ability to perform tasks as directed.
The Wax Operator is responsible for completing assigned tasks, following the schedule as set by supervision, maintaining a clean work area, and reducing scrap.
Specific Duties- Perform basic wax related tasks in assigned area.
- Perform production schedule as needed by the business demand.
- Keeps work area clean, orderly, and in safe condition, following all safety rules – supports 6S initiatives.
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that gets along with customers, clients, co-workers, and supervisors.
- Any and all additional responsibilities as required or assigned.
