Manufacture parts necessary for the safety of America.

• Set up and operate CNC Swiss Lathe machines to produce precision components to print
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and GD&T to understand machining requirements and tolerances
• Read and follow job travelers, setup sheets, and work instructions
• Select tooling, fixtures, speeds, and feeds appropriate for each job
• Perform offsets, tool changes, and program edits as needed to maintain quality
• Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to ensure consistent production
• Conduct in-process and final inspections using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)
• Troubleshoot machining issues including tool wear, dimensional variation, and program errors
• Deburr and finish parts to meet customer specifications
• Maintain equipment, perform routine preventative maintenance, and keep a clean work area
• Document production results and ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to improve processes and efficiency
