We are seeking dependable and motivated Foundry Operators to join our team on 4th Shift in Mentor, Ohio. As a Foundry Operator, you'll support critical vacuum casting operations while working with advanced furnace technology in a fast‑paced environment that values quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Our unique rotating schedule allows you to work only 7 days every 2 weeks while maintaining full‑time hours and benefits.

Hours: 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM

Work: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Off: Wednesday, Thursday

• Work only 7 days every 2 weeks
• Average 42 hours per week
• Built‑in stretches of consecutive days off

• Operate vacuum furnaces, including Equiax, Directional Solidification (D.S.), and Single Crystal furnaces
• Record all required production and process data accurately
• Assist with furnace setup and changeovers, including D.S. susceptors, coils, and melt coils
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), engineering specifications, and special lot instructions
• Meet established production and efficiency goals
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Complete all required documentation accurately and on time
• Develop a strong understanding of foundry processes and materials
• Organize work to support efficient production flow
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Manufacturing or foundry experience preferred
• Experience working with industrial equipment or high‑temperature processes is a plus
• Candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education)
