Production​/Machine Operator Night Shift

Production / Machine Operator – Night Shift | $18/hr

Shift: Nights, 6:00 PM–6:00 AM
Schedule: Rotating schedule (2 days on / 2 days off / 3 days on / 3 days off). Every other weekend required. Annual schedule provided in advance to support planning and work-life balance.

Hire Sync is hiring Production / Machine Operators for a large-scale manufacturing facility operating around the clock. This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates with production, machine operation, or general manufacturing experience who are comfortable working 12-hour night shifts in a structured environment.

• Read work orders to determine production requirements
• Stage work areas and prepare boxes or containers
• Load and unload materials into production equipment
• Operate machine control panels and monitor production flow
• Seal boxes and containers carefully to prevent contamination
• Safely operate a forklift to move materials throughout the facility
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting as needed
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English
• Comfortable working rotating 12-hour night shifts
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
• Forklift experience preferred
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Steel-toe boots required

• Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, and stretching
• Continuous use of lower back and abdominal muscles
• Dexterity and strength to handle materials and equipment throughout the shift
