We are currently seeking candidates with experience in manufacturing and mill environments for a Mill Helper position in Painesville OH. In this position, you will primarily assist operators with loading, stacking, and equipment setup, ensuring smooth production processes.

• 7AM-3PM and 3PM-11PM

• $19 per hour

• Assist operator in loading coils onto pay-off reel
• Operate jib cranes
• Set up and tear down the exit end racking
• Assist in stacking finished goods into proper packaging
• Clean and paint equipment
• Keep the work area clean
• Band and wrap finished goods according to packaging specifications
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision

• High school education or equivalent
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
• Ability to read measurement tools (tape measure, caliper, micrometer)
• Follow written and verbal instructions
• Read and comprehend manufacturing orders, quality check sheets, and part drawings
• Ability to push, pull, and lift 75 lbs repeatedly
