• Observe and report activities and incidents at assigned client sites.
• Provide customer service and information to clients' employees and customers.
• Patrol premises and enforce regulations and directives.

• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to complete patrols.
• Strong technology skills (cell phone/computer).
• Pass drug screen and background check.
• Meet state, county, and municipal licensing requirements.
• Physical ability to sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, walk inclines, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• No experience necessary; retail, food service, or hospitality background is advantageous.
