Salary: $14-$17 per hour

Power Pool Cleaning & Repair is a leading swimming pool service and maintenance company that has been providing exceptional services to our customers for over 5 years in Lake & Geauga Counties. We are known for our commitment to quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction, and we are currently looking to expand our team with a dedicated and hardworking laborer to assist our Swimming Pool Technicians in the field this season.

We are seeking a motivated and loyal individual to join our team as a Swimming Pool Technician Assistant / Laborer. The successful candidate will work alongside our experienced technicians to ensure the timely and effective execution of pool maintenance, repairs, and installations. This is a hands‑on role that requires a strong work ethic and the ability to follow directions and perform physical tasks in various outdoor conditions is a must for this position.

• Assist swimming pool technicians with pool maintenance, including cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment checks.
• Help with the installation and repair of pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and pool covers.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment required for daily operations.
• Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting heavy objects, and other manual labor as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the proper disposal of debris and chemicals.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Provide excellent customer service by being courteous and professional at all times.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the swimming pool technician or management.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in labor‑intensive roles; swimming pool industry experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Basic understanding of hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; good driving record a plus.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company a huge plus.
