General Laborer Job Overview
We are looking for hardworking and reliable General Laborers to join our team. This role involves physical, hands‑on work in a plant environment, including working in confined spaces and at heights.

Responsibilities- Perform general manual labor in a plant environment
- Work in confined spaces
, including silos - Climb into silos to remove debris and materials
- Use shovels and hand tools to clean trenches, sumps, and other areas
- Assist with cleanup and maintenance of plant areas
- Follow all safety procedures while working at heights and in tight spaces
- Comfortable working in confined spaces
- Must not be afraid of heights
- Ability to work in an 80-ft tower and operate on a man lift up to 60 ft
- Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, climbing, bending)
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
