Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Driver – Class A CDL role based in Painesville, OH. The Driver will safely operate Class A commercial trucks to transport exhaust products between company facilities, distribution centers, and customer locations, following all DOT and company safety regulations. Daily responsibilities include performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, securing loads, maintaining accurate logs and delivery documentation, and reporting any vehicle or delivery issues promptly.
The Driver will interact with customers and internal staff in a professional manner, assist with loading and unloading as needed, and help ensure timely, accurate deliveries. The role also involves maintaining a clean, well-organized vehicle, following designated routes and schedules, and supporting warehouse or yard operations when required.
Qualifications
- Proficient Truck Driving and safe operation of commercial Truck equipment, with a strong focus on defensive driving and safety practices.
- Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record and experience operating Class A vehicles in local or regional freight or delivery environments.
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with customers, dispatch, and warehouse teams.
- Ability to perform vehicle inspections, basic truck maintenance checks, and complete required DOT and company documentation accurately.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work a consistent full-time schedule, including occasional overtime as business needs require.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations, hours-of-service rules, and safe cargo securement practices.
- Ability to lift, move, and secure freight as needed, and to work in varying weather conditions.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; previous experience in manufacturing or distribution environments is a plus.

32 - 40 hours a week Monday - Friday Pay Range $26.00 - $30.00 an hour depending on experience
