• Leading by example and delivering warm, attentive hospitality
• Greeting guests, performing front of house duties and ensuring each visitor enjoys a seamless dining experience
• Assisting with training and supporting team members
• Maintaining exceptional service standards and managing stock efficiently
• Using skills and experience to cope with multi-tasking
• Handling enquiries and billing with precision

• Warm and friendly with a welcoming approach
• High standards of dress and presentation, uniform is provided
• Ability to remain calm during difficult situations or in a very busy environment
• Must be organised and able to quickly become part of a very efficient team
• Trustworthy with the ability to work unsupervised
• Excellent interpersonal skills
