Overview

Are you passionate about hospitality and helping guests feel welcome and at ease? We are looking for an enthusiastic Hotel Receptionist to join our Front Office team. As the first point of contact, you will shape guests' impressions from arrival through departure with a warm welcome, a smooth check-in process and attentive support throughout their stay.

This role focuses on delivering friendly, efficient guest service in a fast-paced environment.

• Welcome guests warmly and professionally, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience
• Respond to guest queries and requests with care and efficiency to support their stay
• Handle incoming phone calls, emails and reservations accurately and confidently
• Provide clear information about the hotel, facilities and local area
• Collaborate with hotel colleagues to ensure a seamless guest experience

• Enjoys working with people and making others feel welcome and comfortable
• Clear and positive communication, both in person and in writing
• Stays calm, organized and focused in a busy, guest-facing environment
• Good computer skills and comfort with hospitality systems and processes
• Attention to detail and accuracy; positive, professional attitude and team orientation
