Entry Level Fire & Security Maintenance Engineer

Overview

We are looking to appoint several entry-level fire & security maintenance engineers within Marlowe Fire & Security across various locations in the UK. No experience is necessary as our in-house Training Academy will provide the skills to start your career.

Marlowe Fire & Security Group is the fire safety and security specialist division of Marlowe plc. Operating 24/7 across the UK, we work with clients of all sizes to provide end-to-end fire and security solutions for safety, security, and compliance. Our portfolio includes residential properties, commercial establishments, and high street customers.

You will be trained to service a wide variety of fire and security systems, all located within a compact geographical area.

• Utilising Marlowe's training academy
• Shadow experienced engineers to gain hands-on experience and technical knowledge
• Conduct routine inspections and testing of systems to ensure compliance with safety standards
• Provide excellent customer service on site visits

• Keen interest in fire and security systems
• Basic understanding of electrical systems (beneficial but not essential)
• Willingness to learn and develop within a growing organisation
• Great attention to detail
• Professional and presentable at all times
• Be able to deliver exceptional customer service
• Must be able to perform well as an individual as well as part of a team
• Must have a positive attitude
• Full driving licence - mandatory

• On Target Earnings - £28,000 - £30,000 including bonuses & overtime
