This is a full-time on-site role for a Volvo Mechanic based in Scotland, United Kingdom. The role involves performing routine maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repairs on Volvo heavy equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. The Volvo Mechanic will diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, perform necessary repairs, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. The role also includes maintaining service records and collaborating with team members to meet operational requirements effectively.

• Expertise in Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Maintenance & Repair techniques
• Strong skills in Heavy Equipment handling and effective management
• Proficiency in diagnosing and Troubleshooting technical and mechanical issues
• Experience in working on Volvo systems and equipment is advantageous
• Formal technical training or certification in automotive or heavy machinery maintenance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to safety and adherence to regulatory standards
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
