Job Title: Licensed Clinical Psychologist
Status: Full Time, Part Time
Location: Palatine, IL or virtual

- PsyD or PhD from an accredited university
- Active clinical license in Illinois
- Ability to provide incident-to‑bill services and coach pre‑licensed therapists
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Timely completion of documentation
- Comfort with diverse client base
- Proficiency with office technology and EHR systems
- Pass background check
- Great sense of humor
- Maintain a caseload of 25 clients per week (full‑time)
- Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans
- Prepare and submit documentation for each session per company guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with the team
- Use industry–recognized interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical staff, Ellie staff, and school staff
- Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings
- Experience with diverse clinical presentations
- Experience providing psychological testing
- Bilingual (speaking a second language)
- Engagement with local referral sources
- Enthusiastic, motivated, passionate outlook on life
