Job Title: Licensed Clinical Psychologist

Status: Full Time, Part Time

Location: Palatine, IL or virtual

Required Qualifications and Skills
  • PsyD or PhD from an accredited university
  • Active clinical license in Illinois
  • Ability to provide incident-to‑bill services and coach pre‑licensed therapists
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
  • Timely completion of documentation
  • Comfort with diverse client base
  • Proficiency with office technology and EHR systems
  • Pass background check
  • Great sense of humor
Responsibilities and Duties
  • Maintain a caseload of 25 clients per week (full‑time)
  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans
  • Prepare and submit documentation for each session per company guidelines
  • Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with the team
  • Use industry–recognized interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical staff, Ellie staff, and school staff
  • Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings
Bonus Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience with diverse clinical presentations
  • Experience providing psychological testing
  • Bilingual (speaking a second language)
  • Engagement with local referral sources
  • Enthusiastic, motivated, passionate outlook on life
