Homecare - Home Health Marketer​/Patient Care Liaison

Inspired Homecare is hiring a Full Time Home Health Patient Care Liaison! In this role, you'll have the opportunity to interact with hospital and physician case managers to promote our exceptional home health services. You'll be the go-to person for healthcare providers and patients alike, spreading the word about our compassionate and high-quality care.

As a Home Health Marketer with Inspired Homecare, you're connecting with healthcare providers and building relationships with patients who can benefit from our exceptional home health services. You will collaborate with our team to develop marketing strategies, track referral sources, and analyze market trends. You'll also be responsible for conducting follow-ups with patients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns they may have.

• Experience in Healthcare Marketing, with regards to Home Health
• Sales and Marketing and/or Admissions experience in healthcare with regard to generating referral sources
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of area hospitals and other local healthcare organizations
• Has established relationships with social workers and discharge planners
• Good understanding of HIPAA regulations
• Good understanding of private insurance, Medicare and commercial insurance
• Local travel required (reimbursement provided) looking to cover the northwest suburbs, including but not limited to;
  Palatine, Arlington Heights, Rolling Meadows, Buffalo Grove, Schaumburg, Hanover Park
