Overview
Shift: Full-Time
2nd Shift: Monday to Friday, 4:30 PM – 1:30 AM (includes 10% shift differential)
Pay Rate: $27.00 – $33.00/hr (based on skill level); 10% shift differential for 2nd shift
Job SummaryWe are seeking experienced CNC Machinists to join a 100% employee-owned company supporting global electrical infrastructure. This role involves operating Mazak and Okuma CNC machinery, ensuring part quality, and meeting production targets in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Operate CNC Turning, Vertical, and Horizontal machining centers
- Interpret and work from detailed blueprints
- Use precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
- Meet standard production output metrics
- Deburr and clean parts using power tools
- Inspect parts during and after production for quality assurance
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve processes
- CNC Turning Centers
- CNC Vertical and Horizontal Machining Centers
- Mazak and Okuma machines
- Power tools for deburring
- Calipers, Micrometers, and Height Gauges
- 3+ years of CNC machining experience
- Experience with Mazak and/or Okuma CNC machinery preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Proficiency in precision measuring tools
- Strong math and detail orientation
- Physically able to lift 25–50 lbs regularly and work on feet throughout shift

Note:
Eligibility is based on working 30+ hours per week. Benefits apply while on Contract.
