Overview

Specialty Sales (Style, Tech, Beauty)  role involves helping guests discover products, delivering an excellent guest experience, and maintaining compelling visual merchandising. The Starting Hourly Rate is $17.25 per hour, with a pay range of $17.25 – $25.90 per hour.

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signage, and knowledge of assortment and brand offerings to assist guests.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory, and guest needs; sort freight and push merchandise to the sales floor; locate items in backrooms per business needs.
• Set and maintain visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Ensure product availability and a full floor by prioritizing fills and merchandising to capacity; maintain backroom organization for replenishment and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to maintain an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change processes and clearance merchandising with proper signing.
• Maintain and utilize fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and assist guests; support fulfillment and guest needs by routing merchandise from fitting rooms and guest service to the sales floor.
• Adhere to safety, ethics, and compliance policies; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-up while complying with applicable laws (e.g., beverage laws where relevant).
• Greet guests, engage to solve their needs, and thank them for shopping with Target.
• Other duties as required by business needs.

• Mobility for the duration of a scheduled shift.
