Responsibilities
- Process all aspects of facility memberships, locker rentals, programs and services
- Address and solve eligibility issues of members and prospective members
- Provide patrons and prospective members with accurate facility information
- Greet customers
- Perform other duties as required
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
:
- Strong customer service skills.
- Willingness and ability to enforce policies and resolve conflicts.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to handle several tasks at once with frequent interruptions.
- First Aid, CPR, AED certifications required.

- Basic computer competency.

- Interaction with patrons, faculty, staff.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
Work Environment
- Office environment/fitness center environment.
- Moderate to loud noise.
Physical Demands
- Standing or walking for at least 50% of the work day.
- Occasional bending, stooping.
