** Business Development Center (BDC)
**** Job description and responsibilities
** Managing inbound/outbound calls, emails, and text messages for internet leads that convert into showroom visits /appointments. Using the tools provided to you such as scripts and training to provide customer satisfaction.
* ** Lead Management:
** Responding promptly to internet inquiries, phone calls, and text messages. Including both outbound and inbound calls.
* ** Appointment Setting:
** This includes scheduling appointments and confirming appointments to reduce no – shows.
* ** Outbound Follow up:
** conducting a high volume of outbound calls (50-150 per day), sending emails and text to keep the customer engaged until you set an appointment.
* ** CRM Data Entry:
** insuring accurate up to date customer records in the CRM. This includes names, phone numbers and email addresses for marketing.
* ** Providing Customer

Experience:

** Addressing customers’ concerns and providing accurate information.
* ** Product Knowledge:
** Staying current on vehicle inventory, pricing, promotions, and incentives.
* ** Follow up for co – workers:
** Responding to customer inquiries when a co- worker is out of the office.## Qualifications
