Job Description

The Maintenance Technician responsibilities include:

Qualifications

• Experience in the hotel industry or multifamily housing is preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service skills and general computer knowledge.
• Strong experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, and painting.
• Bilingual candidates are welcome.

Plumbing, contracting, and builder's certifications and licenses are a plus. Availability for on-call work, flexibility, and ability to work weekends when necessary are appreciated.
