Line Striping Laborer – Rabine America Maintenance

Rabine America Maintenance, with over 38 years of industry-leading experience in commercial paving, is looking for experienced Line Striping crew members to join our team.

• Assist with painting of various pavement marking surfaces
• Lift, carry, load, and unload construction supplies
• Operate and maintain striping equipment
• Assist with crack fill and seal coat teams and respective equipment
• Apply parking lot layout and read blueprints/plans
• Stripe handicap stalls to meet ADA standards
• Work in accordance with OSHA safety standards

• 1+ years of experience with pavement marking/line striping
• C Class CDL license preferred, no restrictions
• Drug testing and background check required
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently with little supervision
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions

Outdoors, variety of weather conditions; requires travel to on‑site locations both within and occasionally outside the state. Reliable transportation and flexibility with travel schedules are essential. All necessary safety equipment and training will be provided.

Frequent lifting/carrying of materials or equipment up to 75 lbs, climbing/working from ladders, extended periods of standing, walking, bending, kneeling.

Full‑time, overtime as required, possible on‑call work.

Approximately 70% travel required.
