• You must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Possess navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within a designated delivery area, including multi‑story buildings.
• Deliver product by car to customers’ doors.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide accurately; use a calculator if needed.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands to make precise movements quickly.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

• Standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying up to 30 pounds, pushing and pulling trays, and occasionally climbing stairs.
• Exposure to varying weather conditions, high temperatures up to 500 °F, fumes from food, dust, and cramped quarters.
• Near and mid‑range vision, depth perception, hearing, and ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces.

Many team members start as delivery drivers and progress to franchise owners, general managers, or corporate positions.
