Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Automotive Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone with prior dealership accounting experience who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices accurately and timely

• Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts

• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

• Maintain organized payable records and documentation

• Assist with month-end closing tasks

• Communicate with vendors and internal departments

• Ensure compliance with company policies and controls

Qualifications:

• Prior automotive dealership accounting experience highly preferred

• Experience in Accounts Payable, Billing, or related role required

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to manage deadlines and high invoice volume

• Familiarity with Reynolds and Reynolds is a plus

• Proficient in basic accounting and data entry

• Strong organizational and communication skills
