Florida Recovery Systems is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to support our operations and report to the Office Manager. - Client Communication:
Professionally manage calls to clients, providing excellent service and accurate information. - Collaborate with Debt and Asset Stakeholders:
Coordinate with debtors and transporters to facilitate the release of vehicles and personal property. - Clerical and Administrative Tasks:
Handle general office duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. - Research:
Utilize multiple platforms to gather and verify critical information efficiently.
- Education:
High School diploma or equivalent. - Adaptability:
Ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment. - Professionalism:
Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Clean Background:
Must have a clean criminal history.
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Maintain professional business attire and appearance.
- Self-starter and ability to be a great team player.
- Valid in-state driver's license and automobile insurance.
- Resume must be uploaded, and application questionnaire must be completed for immediate consideration.
- Must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
- Must pass pre-employment testing and onboarding requirements including background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
