Position Summary
The Coordinator of Student Onboarding, Engagement, and Success is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supporting student engagement initiatives that enhance the student experience and promote student success. This position oversees campus activities, supports student organizations, coordinates orientation and onboarding efforts, and assists students in becoming actively engaged members of the College community. The coordinator also manages student activity budgets and supports programs designed to foster student involvement and retention.

Duties and Responsibilities
Student Engagement and Leadership Development
• Organize and coordinate special activities and events for students
• Coordinate campus club activities and student involvement opportunities
• Advise and support the activities of the Student Government Association
• Promote student engagement and participation in campus programs and events
Student Onboarding and Success
• Coordinate and participate in campus tours for prospective and current students
• Assist with student orientation and onboarding events
• Support initiatives designed to promote student success, retention, and campus involvement
• Collaborate with campus departments to enhance the student experience
Administrative and Budget Management
• Monitor student activity budgets and accounts
• Maintain records related to student activities and engagement programs
• Assist with planning and implementation of Student Affairs initiatives
• Perform other related duties in support of student engagement and success efforts
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a related field required
• Minimum of two years of experience with student activities at the college level preferred
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Knowledge of student engagement, leadership development, and campus programming principles
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and implement student events and activities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to advise and support student organizations and student leaders
• Ability to manage budgets and maintain accurate financial records
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with students, faculty, staff, and community partners
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
