Overview
Maintenance Staff – Diocese of St. Augustine Family Housing Management Company, Inc. – Barry Apartments, Palatka, Fla
Full‑time position. FLSA status:
Non‑Exempt.
Starting hourly salary: $18.75.
Responsibilities- Assist with all maintenance tasks, including monthly lawn care and general property upkeep.
- Ensure the proper performance and completion of all maintenance and service functions on the property.
- Maintain organizational records and communicate effectively with team members.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Three or more years of experience in property maintenance.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Physical ability to walk/stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Own transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Clear criminal background check.
- Computer skills are a plus.
