Program Overview

Protential Foundation is a youth development nonprofit dedicated to breaking the cycle of poverty through sports-based youth development, education, mentorship, and community partnerships. In Putnam County, we focus on expanding access to opportunity for underserved youth in Palatka, Crescent City, and surrounding communities by building intentional pathways that connect sport, school, and future success.

• Develop strategic partnerships with colleges, universities, community organizations, and high school soccer programs, including St. Johns River State College and local high schools.
• Coordinate mentorship opportunities and community engagement initiatives.
• Strengthen collaboration with the Putnam County Parks and Recreation Department to expand youth programming and recreation-based opportunities.
• Support fundraising and sustainability efforts by identifying donors, supporting sponsorship outreach, and coordinating three special fundraising events.
• Develop systems for volunteer coordination, donor tracking, and program data collection.
