We are seeking an experienced ER Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced emergency setting.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssess, monitor, and document patient conditions; administer medications and treatments as ordered
Modify patient treatment plans based on responses, conditions, and physician directives
Collaborate with healthcare team members to plan, implement, and evaluate care
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care
Provide emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients and families
Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety procedures
Supervise and delegate to auxiliary personnel; assist with training and instruction
Prepare patients for examinations and coordinate admissions/discharge planning
Engage in research activities and quality improvement initiatives
