At Tender Care PPEC, our LPNs create safe, joyful, and meaningful days for medically complex children. This is a hands‑on, heart‑first role where compassion matters just as much as clinical skill.

Every day looks a little different, but your impact is constant

• Provide skilled nursing care to medically fragile children
• Administer medications and treatments per care plans
• Monitor patient conditions and document accurately
• Collaborate with RNs, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain compliance with PPEC and infection‑control standards
• Full‑time with flexible scheduling
• Monday–Friday between 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• No nights. No Sundays.

• Active & Unrestricted LPN license
• 1 year of verifiable pediatric experience (preferred)
• AHA CPR certification prior to start
• Level 2 Background Screening clearance:
• A calm, patient, and compassionate approach with children who have developmental or behavioral needs
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy setting
