Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor – Evening Shift

Palatka Center for Rehabilitation & Healing is now hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead our Evening (3 p.m. – 11 p.m.) team. If you’re a dedicated nurse with a passion for patient care and strong leadership skills, we’d love to hear from you.

The RN Supervisor assists the Director of Nursing to plan, develop, organize, and coordinate day‑to‑day nursing functions. The role includes supervisory duties, regulatory compliance, medication procurement, staffing, and staff development.

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, and direct nursing services for residents on the assigned floor.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and facility policies.
• Review complaints and grievances filed by staff; make appropriate reports to the Director of Nursing.
• Maintain an adequate stock of medications, supplies, and equipment to meet resident needs.
• Assist in developing written preliminary and comprehensive assessments of each resident’s nursing needs.
• Assign nursing and aide duties as indicated.
• Encourage staff participation in external training programs and schedule times as appropriate.

• Registered Nurse degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of two (2) years of direct care experience in long‑term care, restorative or geriatric settings.
• Minimum of one (1) year experience as a nursing supervisor, preferably in a nursing home setting.
• Current CPR certification.
• Must meet state licensing requirements and have no disciplinary action affecting licensure.
