Job Summary
Weareseekingacompassionateanddedicated Nursing Assistanttojoinourhealthcareteam .Theidealcandidatewillprovideessentialsupporttopatients,assistingwithdailylivingactivitiesandensuringtheircomfortandsafety.
Thisroleiscrucialindeliveringhigh-qualitycareinvarioussettings,includingnursinghomes,hospitals,andseniorcarefacilities.
Duties
- Assistpatientswithdailyactivitiessuchasbathing,dressing,grooming,andeating.
- Helppatientswithmobility,includingtransferringthemtoandfrombedsorwheelchairs.
- Communicateeffectivelywithpatients,families,andhealthcareteammembersregardingpatientneedsandprogress.
- AdheretoHIPAAregulationstomaintainpatientconfidentiality.
Experience
- Familiaritywithmedicalterminologyandbasiclifesupporttechniquesishighlydesirable.
- Experienceworkingwithchildrenorinpediatricsettingsisaplus.
- Astrongunderstandingofgeriatricsandtheuniqueneedsofelderlypatientsisessential.
