Registered Nurse, RN, Float

• Assist physicians in the care and teaching of patients
• Float to multiple clinics in the north Florida area
• Travel approximately 90%
• Work Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., with no nights or weekends

• Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Residence
• Experience in IV therapy
• Ability to assess patient needs and condition
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations
• BLS required upon hire or must be obtained within 30 days of employment
• Fluency in English
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Hematology/oncology patient experience in a clinic or hospital preferred but not required
• Must pass background, drug, and nicotine screenings
• Required vaccinations, including influenza, unless an approved exemption applies
• Medical Marijuana cards are not recognized

Demonstrates expertise in patient assessment and IV therapy, with strong critical thinking and communication skills. Capable of providing care in various clinical settings while maintaining compliance with health regulations and requirements.
