Job Description
Speakeasy Print is a growing, locally owned print, signage, and custom apparel company based in Palatka, Florida. We serve small businesses, schools, churches, nonprofits, contractors, corporations, local organizations, and community groups with custom printing, signs, apparel, marketing materials, and more.
We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to help manage incoming leads, assist walk-in customers, answer phones, follow up with customers, and help grow sales from inside our Palatka location.
This position is primarily an inside sales and front desk support role
, with the potential to grow into a hybrid inside/outside sales position over time for the right person.

Inside Sales & Customer Follow‑Up
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries by phone, email, online forms, and walk‑ins
- Follow up on estimates, quotes, proofs, approvals, and open opportunities
- Contact past customers to encourage reorders and new projects
- Help customers choose the right products for their business, event, school, organization, or marketing campaign
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify opportunities to increase order value through helpful product recommendations
- Maintain consistent communication with customers from first contact through order completion
- Help turn inquiries, walk‑ins, and repeat customers into completed orders
Front Desk & Customer Support
- Man the front desk during assigned shifts
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally
- Greet and assist walk‑in customers
- Respond to customer emails and basic online inquiries
- Ask the right questions to understand customer needs
- Gather accurate project details including product type, quantity, size, deadline, artwork status, and delivery or pickup needs
- Fill out Inquiry Request forms with accurate customer and project information
- Log customer information, inquiries, orders, and follow‑up notes in the CRM
- Provide basic updates on orders, timelines, proofs, approvals, and next steps
- Route requests to the sales, design, or production team as needed
- Keep customer information organized and documented
CRM & Order Organization
- Enter customer information, notes, and sales activity into our CRM system
- Create and update customer records, deals, inquiries, and order notes
- Track leads, estimates, open opportunities, and closed sales
- Help keep the sales pipeline organized
- Make sure customer expectations are clearly communicated to the team
- Coordinate with design, production, and front desk staff
- Help prevent missed follow‑ups, unclear order details, and lost opportunities
