A property management company is seeking a Full Time Maintenance Technician for its apartment communities in Palatka and Welaka, Florida. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in maintenance with expertise in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs. The position requires self-motivation and a valid driver's license. Applicants must also pass a maintenance exam and comply with drug screening.
This role offers a Monday-Friday schedule from 8 am to 5 pm.
