Job Summary
Performs a variety of maintenance and mechanic tasks. This person will be providing the preventive maintenance, urgent maintenance and repair on our heavy equipment in the yard. They will also provide maintenance for our other yard equipment as needed.

7 am – 3:30 pm Weekends as needed
- Ensuring preventive maintenance work is done 100% of the time before due date.
- Ensuring equipment is operational and meets company specifications 100% of the time.
- Perform preventive maintenance and maintenance on heavy equipment and other yard equipment.
- Work in confined spaces.
- Align and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, or materials onto machines.
- Apply reasoning skills to accommodate individual situations and provide solutions.
- Operate equipment to verify operational efficiency.
- Inspect fire extinguishers.
- Inspect ladders.
- Inspect buildings/job sites to identify safety hazards.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA policies and procedures (Safety Data Sheets).
- Repair damaged equipment.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain tools and equipment (pumps, chain hoists, small engines, yard maintenance equipment, pressure washer).
- Conduct and maintain preventive maintenance program and procedures on tools, equipment, and facilities.
- Operate scissor lifts, extendable booms, tractor, drive truck and tow a trailer (pick‑up and delivery driver), fork trucks.
- Have general knowledge of electrical and plumbing.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Mechanical:
