Flynn Management is seeking a Full Time Maintenance Technician for our Forest Glen communities in Palatka, Florida. Candidates should have 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience, own tools, and the ability to work independently performing electrical, carpentry, plumbing and HVAC repairs.
The role requires a valid driver’s license and on-call availability for emergencies. Shift is typically Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm with a one-hour lunch; pre-employment checks and a basic maintenance
