Position: Regional Staff IDX Representative Office of South Sumatera [Temporary Outsource]

Overview

Are you someone who enjoys keeping things organized, supporting teams, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly? We’re currently looking for a Regional Staff (Temporary) to join our Representative Office in South Sumatera and support our team in administrative, operational, and stakeholder-facing activities.

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting office operations, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring that administrative and reporting processes are handled accurately and professionally.

Placement: IDX Representative Office of South Sumatera

Minimum Qualifications Education

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Administration, or a related field.

Experience

Prior experience in administrative, office support, or event/operational support roles is preferred.

Technical Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Able to operate video conferencing platforms (Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Zoom, etc.).
  • Skilled in managing social media platforms and creating simple content (Instagram, Facebook, Canva, etc.).
  • Strong writing and reporting skills, including preparing activity reports (LPJ).
  • Understanding of basic administrative systems and procedures, particularly in a professional office environment.
  • Knowledge of capital market operations is a plus.
Soft Skills
  • Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Customer-focused, with the ability to provide excellent service to stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized in managing tasks and documentation.
  • Strong communication and public speaking skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Open to learning and adaptable in a dynamic work environment.
General Requirements
  • Minimum GPA min. 3.00 out of 4.00
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English (verbal and written)
  • Knowledge of Capital Market is a plus
