Overview
Are you someone who enjoys keeping things organized, supporting teams, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly? We’re currently looking for a Regional Staff (Temporary) to join our Representative Office in South Sumatera and support our team in administrative, operational, and stakeholder-facing activities.
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting office operations, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring that administrative and reporting processes are handled accurately and professionally.

Minimum Qualifications EducationBachelor’s Degree (S1) in Administration, or a related field.
ExperiencePrior experience in administrative, office support, or event/operational support roles is preferred.
Technical Skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Able to operate video conferencing platforms (Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Zoom, etc.).
- Skilled in managing social media platforms and creating simple content (Instagram, Facebook, Canva, etc.).
- Strong writing and reporting skills, including preparing activity reports (LPJ).
- Understanding of basic administrative systems and procedures, particularly in a professional office environment.
- Knowledge of capital market operations is a plus.
- Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Customer-focused, with the ability to provide excellent service to stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized in managing tasks and documentation.
- Strong communication and public speaking skills.
- Able to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Open to learning and adaptable in a dynamic work environment.
- Minimum GPA min. 3.00 out of 4.00
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English (verbal and written)
- Knowledge of Capital Market is a plus
