- Melakukan proses Rekrutmen karyawan

- Melalukan koordinasi dengan stakeholder di cabang terkait kualifikasi kandidat yang dibutuhkan.
- Menjaga & memperluas relasi ke eksternal terkait ketenagakerjaan
- Membuat laporan hasil kinerja & planing kerja harian, mingguan dan bulanan
- Mengidentifikasi masalah & mencari cara/solusi untuk perbaikan kendala rekrutmen & minimalisir Turn Over di cabang (PICA)
- Pendidikan Min. S.1 (Manajemen,Psikologi, Hukum dan Teknik lebih prioritas)
- Memiliki skill komunikasi yang baik
- Memiliki kemampuan kemampuan design Grafis
- Aktif berorganisasi, Friendly & Energic
- Bersedian penempatan di seluruh cabang BFI Finance (Prioritas Sumatera)
