Front Office Supervisor - BATIQA Hotel Palembang

Responsible for directing and supervising all aspects of Front Office operations, while ensuring that guest satisfaction is consistently met.
Requirements- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position, or at least 3 years of experience as a Front Office Agent
- Previous hotel experience is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct and develop a team
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Good knowledge of hotel operations
- Familiar with local area information (such as tourist attractions, hospitals, banks, money changers, etc.)
