Qa Supervisor – Quality & Food Safety Leader

Our client is seeking a seasoned and energetic Food and Beverage Manager to lead their diverse culinary operations in Palembang
. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage department, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service, ensuring profitability and exceptional guest experiences. You will drive innovation in menu development, manage staff, control costs, and maintain the highest standards of quality and service. This is a key leadership position requiring strong operational skills and a passion for creating memorable dining moments for guests.

• Manage the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including bars, restaurants, and banquets.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance food and beverage revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee menu engineering, costing, and quality control for all food and beverage offerings.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and develop the F&B team to ensure high performance.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, and supplier relationships to control costs and ensure quality.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Food and Beverage Manager role.
• Strong knowledge of culinary trends, beverage management, and service standards.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitability.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with menu planning, inventory management, and staff training.
• Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
