As a Legal Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing legal operations, advising on legal matters, and ensuring that our organization operates within the law while supporting our strategic goals.

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); a master’s degree or additional certification in corporate law or related field is a plus.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in legal practice, with at least 3 years in a managerial or senior role.
• Possess strong knowledge of corporate law, compliance, contracts, and regulatory frameworks.
• Have experience with contract negotiation, drafting, and managing legal risks for corporate transactions.
• Exhibit a strong commitment to ethical standards, confidentiality, and professional integrity.

• Oversee and manage all legal activities, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
• Provide legal advice to management on corporate matters, risk mitigation, and strategic initiatives.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to safeguard the company’s interests.
• Collaborate with external legal counsel as needed and manage legal disputes or litigation.
• Ensure legal records are accurately maintained, and all protocols are followed to uphold the company’s ethical standards.
