Site Manager

Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field from a reputable university.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in construction project management, showcasing a proven track record of successful project completions.
• Present a strong and diverse portfolio that highlights past accomplishments in project management and development.
• Exhibit expert knowledge of construction processes, building materials, and familiarity with relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
• Showcase strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to bring innovative and practical solutions to projects.

Responsibilities:

• Take charge of overseeing construction projects from concept development through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Adjust project plans to align with management needs, demonstrating the ability to pivot and meet evolving project requirements.
• Manage, supervise, and coach the project team members, fostering an environment where they can enhance their capabilities in project development. Ensure timely production of accurate project reports and documentation.
