Role Description- Roster Management:
Oversee and manage the scheduling and deployment of field technicians to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency. - On-Site Coordination:
Act as the primary point of contact for field technicians, addressing any issues that arise on site in collaboration with the Branch Manager. - Preventive Maintenance:
Ensure that preventive maintenance is conducted on schedule, as directed by the maintenance planner, to optimize equipment performance and reliability. - Resource Preparation:
Assess and prepare manpower needs for workshop operations based on workload and project requirements. - Operational Oversight:
Monitor asset operations to prevent misapplication and operational abuse, ensuring compliance with company standards. - Inspection Coordination:
Organize delivery of equipment to the workshop for repairs and oversee off-hire inspections. - Reporting:
Provide detailed reports on service activities, machine availability, and breakdowns. - Team Leadership:
Supervise a team, fostering collaboration between the workshop and branch operations
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in service management or field operations, preferably in the equipment rental or heavy machinery sector.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with experience in team management.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage on-site challenges effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using software/application/Excel for scheduling, reporting, and forecasting.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal is a plus.
- Residence and or Willing to be based in Palembang.
