Sales AC Specialist

• Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact or meetings or via telephone etc.
• Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets
• Review their own performance and aim at exceeding their targets
• Record sales and order information and report the same to the manager ACS Network
• Make Sales Order
• Make report price comparison and activity sales competitor
• Ensure monthly sales target achievement
• Coordinate with the SCM Department for timely product delivery
• Confirm billing to the dealer
• Make sure the rebate figure is in accordance with the omset value
• Coordinate with the sales admin coordinator to prepare invoices and rebates before visiting dealers
• Coordinate with the ACS Network manager regarding the latest market conditions and plans for visits to dealers
• Make a visit to the dealer (stock evaluation, ensure sell out and check the dealer's market share)
• Identify the constraints experienced by the dealer
• Negotiating and establishing relationships for the expansion of new dealers
• Bachelor Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or related
• 2 years experiences as Salesman/Sales in AC Product or Home Appliances Electronics industry or related
• Familiar with Microsoft office (Power point/Excel/Word)
• Excellent communication & Inter-personal skills
• Flexible and open to changes and able to manage multiple tasks in restricted time frames
• Entrepreneurial, self-starter with hands-on approach
• Logically and analytically minded
• Detailed oriented and numbers friendly
• Fluency in English is advantage
