Responsibilities
- Mengawasi dan mengelola tim teknisi layanan purna jual, memastikan penyediaan layanan yang cepat dan berkualitas kepada pelanggan.
- Merencanakan, mengatur, dan mengkoordinasikan pekerjaan tim, termasuk penugasan dan penjadwalan tugas.
- Memantau kinerja tim & mengidentifikasi serta menyelesaikan masalah yang timbul selama proses layanan, memastikan kepuasan pelanggan.
- Pendidikan minimal D3 (Listrik/Elektronik/Refrigerasi Tata Udara) atau setara
- Memiliki pengalaman dalam bidang after sales service HVAC minimal 3 tahun
- Mengusai sistem HVAC, Teknik Instalasi, Perawatan, dan perbaikan AC
- Memiliki kemampuan manajemen & komunikasi yang baik
- Memiliki pengalaman mengenai Authorized Service Center
- Memiliki kemampuan mengoperasikan microsoft office
