Position: After Sales Manager (Automotive)

About the Challenge

As a After Sales Manager (Automotive), you will be responsible for overseeing after sales performance across service operations, spare parts, and dealer network performance—ensuring operational excellence, profitability, and strong customer retention.

This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to collaborate closely with dealer operations in driving performance improvements. If you are someone who thrives in dynamic environments and can balance operational execution with strategic planning, this role will challenge you to operate at a high-impact leadership level.

Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering, Automotive, Business Management, or related field
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in After Sales, Service Operations, or Dealer Network Management within automotive industry
  • Strong understanding of workshop operations, spare parts management, customer satisfaction, and after sales KPI management
  • Proven experience in managing multi-dealer or regional after sales operations with strong leadership capability
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
  • Manage and monitor after sales performance across workshop operations, spare parts, and customer satisfaction to achieve business targets
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality, operational efficiency, and dealer after sales profitability
  • Ensure operational standards and after sales policies are consistently implemented across dealer networks
  • Analyze after sales KPI performance and provide actionable improvement plans to dealer operations teams
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and customer service standards across all outlets
