About the Challenge
Do you have what it takes to lead a high-performing spare parts business while driving sales growth, maintaining healthy inventory, and ensuring efficient parts distribution?
As a Spare parts Sales Manager
, you will be responsible for managing the overall spare parts business, with a strong focus on retail sales and Partshop operations. You will oversee sales performance, demand forecasting, Purchase Order (PO) planning, warehouse management, and spare parts delivery to ensure the right parts are available at the right time.
You will work closely with branch operations, after-sales teams, procurement, warehouse teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders to improve spare parts availability, inventory turnover, sales performance, and customer satisfaction.
This role requires strong commercial acumen, operational understanding, analytical thinking, and leadership skills, with hands-on experience in managing the end-to-end spare parts business.
Requirements- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in spare parts sales, particularly retail/Partshop, after-sales, or automotive operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
- Strong hands-on experience in spare parts retail sales/Partshop operations, demand forecasting, Purchase Order (PO) planning, warehouse management, and spare parts delivery.
- Proven experience in managing sales performance, inventory availability, stock turnover, and distribution to support business growth.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with a strong business-oriented mindset.
- Develop and execute spare parts sales strategies, particularly through retail and Partshop channels, to achieve sales, profitability, and business growth targets.
- Manage spare parts demand forecasting and Purchase Order (PO) planning to ensure product availability while maintaining healthy inventory levels and turnover.
- Oversee spare parts warehouse operations, including stock management, inventory accuracy, product movement, and stock availability.
- Manage and monitor spare parts delivery and distribution to ensure timely and efficient fulfillment to branches, Partshops, and customers.
- Lead and collaborate with branch operations, after-sales, procurement, warehouse teams, and suppliers to improve spare parts sales, distribution, inventory efficiency, and overall business performance.
