Recuperare crediti è una attività di mediazione tra un consumatore in difficoltà e una azienda del settore finanziario, bancario, NPL che vuole ridurre il proprio scoperto.
I recuperatori, sia del settore Home (domiciliare) che del settore Phone (telefonico) sono dei mediatori con buona capacità di avvicinare gli interessi di due soggetti per arrivare a un punto di incontro.
Nel recupero crediti occorre essere flessibili e attenti alle aperture che si presentano, per far convergere la disponibilità dei nostri interlocutori verso l’obiettivo di sostenere il cliente a tener fede ai propri impegni economici.
